After much anticipation, finally we may all enjoy the delicious pies from The Southern Pie Company. Local pie makers for years, Leslie & Scott Blair were featured in this week’s “Chester Telegraph” at the grand opening of their first store front.
The Blair’s have their pies featured at several local eateries in the Okemo Valley Region, but finally they have opened a storefront which will make their pies available to the public on a consistent basis. 
Skiers and tourists of all sorts will want to make this a stop on their way home, much as one would make a stop at their favorite coffee shop. Friend them on Facebook and get the news as they create and grow!
The cafe and shop is open Tuesday through Sunday: 9 a.m. to late afternoon. Located right next door is the Twigs and Thistle Thrift Boutique.
