Grafton Village Cheese Earns Five Awards at World Cheese Awards in Birmingham, England

For the second year in a row, Grafton Village Cheese has earned five prestigious awards at this years World Cheese Awards; including the Super Gold Award for Shepsog, a mixed milk cheese of cow and sheep milk, aged for 5 months.  Inn Victoria of Chester, Vermont uses Grafton Cheese in gourmet breakfast cooking and evening wine & cheese socials.  We are thrilled for Grafton Cheese, and proud to be a strong supporter.

Since 1892, Grafton Village Cheese has been making Vermont products and winning awards.  These international awards are a testament to Vermont ingenuity with the staying power to be a true world leader in cheese making.  Taking place in late November in Birmingham, England, the World Cheese Awards is the leading and most diverse cheese competition in the world.  Of the 2,781 cheeses judged, 55 cheeses were awarded Super Gold medals; and Grafton Village’s Cave Aged Shepsog was among the top 16 in that list.
