Did you know that King Arthur Flour is a Vermont institution? Inn Victoria is less than 30 miles from the store, bakery and educational center in Norwich Vermont. We have committed to purchase all of our seasonal foods locally and the flour is no exception to that rule. My mom always cooked with King Arthur Four, Penny’s mom cooks with King Arthur flour and from what I can tell….most fine bakeries cook with King Arthur Flour.

I told Penny before going into the store…”you are limited to one shopping cart” …..she brought home one “heaping” shopping cart full! Oh well, the prices were very reasonable and it was a fun experience! You’ll see us there monthly from now on.
