Inn Victoria
The premier lodging choice in Chester Vermont, with large luxurious rooms, it attracts affluent and respectful repeat clientele.  Recent winner of the Tripadvisor Travelers choice award 2008, category: top ten Best Bed and Breakfast Inns USA.   Inn Victoria has also featured in the Boston Globe, Vermont magazine, Westchester magazine, Fodors, IgoUgo and many International publications.  The business is healthy and in a growth phase with much of the potential still to be realized.

Guest rooms
We have seven guest rooms. Each has a feature King or Queen bed with recent quality mattress and many with feather toppers.  All have recent new comforter sets, mattress pads and linens.  All rooms have Cable TV and/or DVD player, Sony CD Clock radios.  All rooms have bathtubs, three of these are whirlpool tubs, all rooms also have showers. We have five fireplace rooms. Four rooms have been recently fully remodeled and decorated. All have recent (small modern) window air conditioning units. The premium rooms are always the first to rent with average room rate of over $200 per night = more profit for less work!

Common areas
A large romantic parlor with fireplace, antique chairs and comfy sofas with period tiffany style lamps.  A TV Den with new Sony TV and DVD player, a selection of DVDs, games, travel books, and a quality music system throughout the inn.  Two elegant dining areas with all furniture plus place mats napkins rings etc...  A coffee area with guest refrigerator complete with an Apple Mac computer for guests to use.  A regal staircase leads to the upstairs guest rooms.

Kitchen
The kitchen is used only for guest food preparation and features:

  • A large True commercial refrigerator.
  • Dishwasher, propane range, electric oven, microwave oven and trash compactor. 
  • Full Dinner service, glassware, bake ware and flatware included.
  • Inn Victoria has scored 100% for the last two years health inspection.

The building services
The building is maintained to a very high standard and in accordance with all codes and regulations, highlights include:

  • Two heating systems, all rooms are zoned for control and economy, new boiler in 2004.
  • 46 new double pane windows in 2005.
  • Two 75-gallon hot water tanks, one new in 2005.
  • Town water and sewer.
  • The building is properly insulated and economical to heat.
