“This is an exclusive arrangement with The Morris Lewis Plantation, “Christmas Trees of Vermont“, allowing you to pick your own tree, cut it and take it home”; says Penny Cote, CEO of Inn Victoria.  The folks at the plantation will wrap the tree and tie it to the roof of your car for you.  The Christmas Tree experience is a great deal of fun; enjoy the experience and visit with Jingle & Bells the plantation goats, take a walk and admire the surroundings. The Fraser Fir does not shed its needles and is considered the best Christmas tree money can buy.
There is no up charge for this package.  It is simple; book a premium room at the regular season rate and enjoy the adventure of picking up your Christmas Tree at no additional cost.

Lewis Morris served in the Continental Army during the American Revolution. He later became one of the Commissioners who arranged for Vermont’s admission to the Union.  He served two terms in Congress and in 1801. His vote in Congress resulted in the election of Thomas Jefferson.  The house is on the National Register of Historic Places. The setting alone is worth the trip!
